Here at Barry Lieberman, DC ACN, we want to ensure that when you enter our doors you know exactly what to expect.

Once you have an appointment booked, we will send your initial questionnaire via email. We want to ensure that we completely understand you, your symptoms, and your health history. Therefore, thoughtful completion of your questionnaire before you arrive is expected.

This questionnaire will ask a little about everything regarding your health. That’s because something about your symptoms may have several influences (but that does not mean that we cannot fix them). Included are questions about your health habits and medical history. There are many check boxes in the questionnaire, covering the different systems of your body. We want to cover all bases so that we are able to help you as much as possible.

Depending on your injury status, we may or may not require x-rays. After an injury, we would generally send you for x-rays to get a good look at your spine, or extremities. This applies only if there is a recent change in your injury status.

Your examination requires you to move around and lay down. There are even parts of the exam where we ask you to hold still. All this is so that we can get a better feel for what is going on. You will always be able to talk to our compassionate and knowledgeable chiropractor. He listens! You will tell Barry Lieberman, DC ACN all about the pain or other symptoms you experience.

After your exam, your integrative chiropractor will discuss your condition and your options. Together, you can decide what you feel comfortable doing, and a game plan to help you.
