Conventional methods of cardiovascular early detection failed for an old friend. There was no clue to prevent a heart attack. He had no early warning signal. Even though he was a medical doctor living in Beverly Hills, the conventional early detection methods for heart attack prevention failed for him. He deserved better!
How to prevent heart attack: early detection is not enough
Today we have the new (since 2021) “Sudden Adult Death.” Like never before 2021, young adults are dropping dead of a heart attack. Do you still trust the “early detection” methods to prevent a heart attack? Those tests have been around for decades. By now it should be obvious they don’t work. The big empty promise is that they will keep you alive, but my experience shows that this “early detection” is clearly not enough. About 30% of people with heart disease have a heart attack as their first symptom. For about 50% of them, it’s fatal. Conventional early detection fails as preventive medicine. For my old friend it is too late, but not for you.
Most people believe that routine cholesterol tests, routine physical exams and routine EKGs (aka ECGs) are the best early detection screening tests we have. That’s not true. Standard cholesterol tests are practically useless. Standard ECGs (electrocardiograms) do not reveal enough of any truly early warning signs needed to prevent cardiovascular disease, heart disease, or a heart attack.
The CAC score (coronary artery calcium) is not used by the majority of doctors. Even if you ask you r doctor to order the test for you, you might get refused. It involves getting a CT scan, so it is not as easy as getting a useless cholesterol test.
Earlier Prevention: Checking into the Pre-Disease State
You can only have true prevention when your starting point is before disease! Very early warning signs have to be detectable before a disease has already crossed-the-line into being established and diagnosable. But the conventional screening tests for cardiovascular disease are not sensitive enough. Even by definition, early detection of disease does not prevent disease, because it’s already a disease! That’s why so many of us know someone who suddenly died from a heart attack.
“The lack of sufficiently delicate methods to detect injury before symptoms appear is one of the great unsolved problems in medicine.”
— Rachel Carson, author, Silent Spring (1962)
The Multifunction Cardiogram
There is a problem with conventional cardiovascular screening tests not being sensitive enough, but we also have a better choice. There is a more sensitive early detection test compared to conventional ECG. It’s called a Multifunction Cardiogram (The Premier Heart MCG) from Heart Care Corp. Additionally, we will plan to investigate applied kinesiology as a non-invasive screening method for predicting heart disease (a research study), and will be ready to use both testing procedures for you in the coming months. This is your wake-up call. Be proactive.
Conventional “early detection” is a false security. Early detection is not early enough! Don’t just wait for established disease to show-up in conventional medical tests. By that time it might be too late. Let’s take non-invasive actions of prevention today; before the development of a definable disease, or even sudden adult death.
